Virginia Man Arrested on Fugitive from Justice Warrant

Kevin Lee Gregory
A Fredericksburg, Virginia man was arrested in Webster County on Wednesday, March 6, 2013, on a Fugitive from Justice warrant issued by Magistrate Rich Robertson.

Kevin Lee Gregory, age 42, is alleged to be wanted on a felony warrant issued in the State of Virginia. The Virginia felony arrest warrant alleges that Gregory failed to register his new address as required by Virginia law for sex offenders. Gregory remains incarcerated at the Central Regional Jail. His bail is currently set at $200,000.00.

According to local law enforcement sources, when Gregory was arrested on the Fugitive from Justice warrant, Gregory was allegedly found to be in possession of a sawed off shotgun, which he is prohibited from possessing since he is allegedly a convicted felon. The sources also alleged that Gregory may have been actively involved in another crime at the time of his arrest. Prosecuting authorities are contemplating filing additional charges against Gregory, which may include the felony crimes of Operating or Attempting to Operate a Clandestine (Meth) Laboratory, Conspiracy, Prohibited Person in Possession of a Firearm, and Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.

  1. Well for one, I can say I'm glad he's not here in Virginia any longer.

  2. This so called man is finally back where he belongs. Stay as far away from him and his family as you can! He is a scam artist and each and every one of his brothers have a rap sheet as long as a Christmas wish list. I got two words: JUSTICE SERVED!!! You would think that after serving a 10 year prison sentence for indecent liberties with a 15 year old, he would have learned his lesson. He was released in Aug of 2012 and less than 6 months later in Feb. 2013 he was arrested in Va. for stealing a TV. Less than a month later, in trouble yet again! His parents must be so proud!
