The West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals allows anyone with an Internet connection to watch and listen to oral arguments made to the Court when it is in session according to the schedule published by the Court.
When the Court is in session, arguments begin at 10:00 a.m. The Court recesses from Noon until 1:30 p.m., at which time the Court reconvenes to finish up arguments on the scheduled cases.
