Life Flight Helicopter Take-Off in Webster Springs



A common occurrence in Webster Springs is the sight of "Life Flight" helicopters landing and taking off from the heli-pad located behind the Office of Emergency Services and 911 Communications Center.

The Air Evac Lifeteam helicopter shown in the video, painted in a patriotic theme, flew out an unresponsive adult female on November 29, 2012.

According to its website, Air Evac Lifeteam is a "provider of air ambulance services to rural markets, serving over 1,700 diverse referral sources, including over 1,000 hospitals and 700 EMS agencies, and attracting more than 1 million members in support of its presence in their local communities."
