Early Voting Has Average Turnout So Far

According to the count maintained by the Webster County Clerk's office, as of 11:30 a.m. on May 3, 2016, a total of 323 voters have cast their ballots for the May 10 primary election in early voting.  Democrats accounted for the lion's share of the votes at 252 ballots tallied, and Republicans have tallied 71 ballots so far.  Clerk Eva Green termed the turnout "average" at this point.  Early voting ends Saturday, May 7.
