| On January 30, 2013, Deputy County Clerk Eva Green was officially sworn in as Webster County's newest County Clerk. Retiring County Clerk Terry Payne gave the oath of office to Green in the County Clerk's office. Green will officially begin her duties as the new Clerk on February 5, 2013. |
