Webster County Clerk Terry Payne took time out of a busy first day of early voting at the Webster County Courthouse to explain many of the voting procedures that voters will encounter when either voting early at the Courthouse or at the polls on election day. Clerk Payne is a wealth of knowledge about election procedures and she and her staff are available to assist all voters with any questions or problems. A big thanks to Clerk Payne for providing yet another glimpse into the election process (she also cooperated during the May, 2012 Primary Election with questions about vote tabulations).
